Wilmington Health Leases Additional Office Space

More Office Space Absorption in Midtown Wilmington Submarket

Wilmington Health recently signed a lease for approximately 13,000 SF to lease the entire two story office building located at 2425 S. 17th Street.  The firm will utilize the space to consolidate administrative functions and free up existing space for clinical operations.

“The property is close to the majority of our operations.  Additionally the property matched well from a size, space and location standpoint,” said Chris Bunch, COO of Wilmington Health.  “This acquisition will allow us to provide new services and expand our existing services in our clinical facilities.”

Wilmington Health is headquartered at 1202 Medical Center Drive and has more than 20 affiliated offices throughout the Wilmington area. A new Hampstead office, which will consolidate two locations, is under construction and expected to be complete by May.

Wilmington Health was represented by Hill Rogers of Cameron Management in this lease transaction.  The landlord, Palladium at Surf City, LLC, was represented by Bryce Morrison of Cape Fear Commercial.
