Company History

A Legacy of Success

Cameron Management, Inc. is an investment management company based in Wilmington, North Carolina, with a focus on real estate development, brokerage and property management. Cameron Management was established to more effectively manage the investments, businesses and properties of brothers Bruce B. Cameron and Dan D. Cameron and their families.

Beginning in the 1980s, the company recognized the strategic importance of acquiring and investing in large tracts of land and comprehensively master-planning the development of each parcel. This vision has resulted in a large inventory of property ready for development in such markets as Wilmington, Southport, Fayetteville, Raleigh and Chapel Hill in North Carolina and Charleston, South Carolina.

The company has expertise and financial capabilities to handle complex real estate transactions, from ranging from corporate build-to-suits, joint venture acquisition and developments, and large land assemblages.
