Bill co-founded Cameron Management to better coordinate his family’s diverse business interests and to offer assistance to others seeking to positively impact his beloved North Carolina and hometown. He provides hands-on leadership to the firm in both daily operations and long-term planning. Bill is also a leader in the community, serving on boards, as past president of the NC Azalea Festival, and as an elder for St. Andrew’s Covenant Presbyterian Church.

Bill holds an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as well as a Juris Doctorate from UNC’s School of Law. He and his wife, Mary Jo Cameron have five children. He enjoys traveling and saltwater fishing in his spare time.

Scott co-founded Cameron Management to manage the investments of the Cameron family businesses. He oversees the daily operations of the firm and helps direct the investment strategy of the company. Scott has served on numerous boards and committees, most notably serving as chairman of the Louise Wells Cameron Art Museum, on The Committee of 100, and The Historic Wilmington Foundation.

Scott holds an undergraduate degree from Tulane University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He is married to Jane Cameron and they have two children. Scott’s interests include cooking, reading and hunting.

Bruce has been with Cameron Management since 2013. A graduate of Elon University, he has over ten years of experience in Development Administration and Operations. Prior to joining the firm, Bruce worked for Brunswick Forest, facilitating civil construction for the 4,500-acre mixed use development, and as Manager for Shelter Creek Lime and Stone, a limestone quarry in Maple Hill, NC. In his role at Cameron Management, Bruce oversees a number of Cameron family businesses, focusing primarily on real estate development and construction, as well as various other private equity transactions. Bruce serves on the Board of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce, as Vice President of the Bruce B Cameron Foundation, and as a member of the Young Alumni Council at Elon University. He is married to Caroline, and they have one child. Bruce enjoys spending time with family, traveling, golfing and hunting.

Hill Rogers

Broker-in-Charge

Hill is the Broker-in-Charge for Cameron Management, focusing on asset leasing, development and sales of the firm’s office, retail and land portfolio. His responsibilities include the pre-leasing and development of proposed projects, and he plays an integral role in providing market information, entitlement procurement, due diligence, financial analysis, and feasibility studies to the company on the various aspects of each real estate or investment project. He also engages in sourcing new real estate investment opportunities for the principals of Cameron Management. In addition, Hill provides brokerage services in the form of site selection, tenant representation, leasing, and investment sales to third party clients.

Hill earned a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1994. and in 2000 received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He began his real estate career in Washington, DC with Insignia/ESG (now CB Richard Ellis) eventually reaching the position of Senior Financial Analyst. In that role he was involved in the successful financing of $650 million worth of transactions.  Hill is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina.

He serves on the board of the New Hanover County Industrial Facilities Financing Authority and was previously a trustee of Lower Cape Fear Hospice and Children’s Museum of Wilmington. He is married to Kendall Rogers and they have two sons. Hill is a member of First Presbyterian Church and enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities and watching Tar Heel football and basketball.

A commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development; having worked on retail, office, industrial, land and investment assignments for companies, investors and institutions. Accomplished professional earning the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designations from the their respective organizations (The CCIM Institute, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and the International Council of Shopping Center).

Colleagues know Bryan as a team player that executes his responsibilities with dedication and accuracy; someone that is purposeful, clear, concise, and cooperative; self-motivated and draws on professional experience to lead with confidence and discretion while building and sustaining collaborative and productive relationships.

Bryan has extensive experience in the ground up development and re-development of shopping centers and office buildings that require expertise in feasibility, analysis, entitlement, planning, design and project management. He has also represented third-parties in hundreds of lease and sale assignments.

He holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of Georgia. He is a longtime resident of Wilmington, North Carolina. Bryan enjoys spending time with his two children, managing their schoolwork, interests and activities. He also enjoys many outdoor activities and his beloved Georgia Bulldogs football team.

Susan Arredondo

Property Manager

Susan joined Cameron Management as a Property Manager in January 2017 and has over 20 years of experience in real estate, lease administration, property management, acquisitions, and development and market research. She is a graduate from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona with a Bachelors of Science in Finance and Real and Law.

Susan moved from Southern California to Wilmington in 2005 where she lives with her husband, Ben, and son, Nathan. Outside of work, you can find Susan outside enjoying water activities like paddle boarding, camping, and doing yoga.

With 25 years of Real Estate Management and Development experience, Martin brings extensive expertise as a Property Accountant for Cameron Management. He has been with the company for 11 years and is a graduate of The University of Delaware and Miller-Motte College.

Donna Pardue

Accountant - Executive Assistant

Donna has been with Cameron Management for eleven years as an Accountant – Executive Assistant. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Appalachian State University. With experience in accounting, management, marketing, retail and real estate, Donna is also a Real Estate Broker and Notary Public. She has four children with husband David and outside of work, you will find Donna listening to music, reading, and watching her daughter play sports.

Susan has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Roanoke College where she majored in Urban Studies. She has been with Cameron Management since 2011 as an Administrative Assistant and some of her duties include working with ongoing billing and record management, procurement, and acting as a liaison to charitable and political organizations.

Anne Voutsos

Anne Voutsos

Investment Strategy

Anne Voutsos joined Cameron Management in February 2016. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Anne is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina. Prior to teaming up with Cameron Management, Anne worked in the Chicago office of KPMG’s Deals Advisory Group, focused on Financial Due Diligence, Lender Due Diligence, Accounting Advisory, and Infrastructure Advisory. In her role at Cameron Management, Anne concentrates on liquid portfolio management and due diligence for other private investments. Anne is a member of the School Finance Committee for the Girls Leadership Academy of Wilmington. In her free time, she is an avid runner. Anne and her husband, Tom, love to entertain family and friends, and consider themselves pseudo-experts on Wilmington’s food scene.
