Mr. Rogers oversees all real estate brokerage activities for Cameron Management, Inc. with a focus on asset leasing, development and sales of the company’s office, retail and land portfolio. In addition, Mr. Rogers provides brokerage services in the form of site selection, tenant representation, asset leasing and investment sales services to select 3rd party clients. Mr. Rogers’ responsibilities include the marketing, leasing and sales of land, office and retail product, as well as the pre-leasing and development of proposed projects. Mr. Rogers plays an integral role in providing market information, due diligence, financial analysis, feasibility studies and procuring entitlements for the company’s real estate development or investment projects.
Mr. Rogers began his real estate career in Washington, DC with the real estate firm of Insignia/ESG (now CB Richard Ellis) eventually earning the position of Senior Financial Analyst with Insignia/ESG Capital Advisors. In that position, he provided financial analysis and consulting services in support of that office’s financial services team that provided debt and equity capital to real estate developers and investors. He was responsible for the due diligence, projection valuation, and market analysis involved in the production of all Offering Memorandums for each assignment. Mr. Rogers was involved in the successful financing of $650 million worth of transactions.
In July of 2000, Mr. Rogers received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1994. Mr. Rogers is a licensed real estate agent in the state of North Carolina, and a board member for the New Hanover County Industrial Facilities Financing Authority, Lower Cape Fear Hospice and the Wilmington Children’s Museum. His hobbies include boating, fishing, grilling, watching the Tar Heels, and family time. He is married to his wife, Kendall, and they have two sons, Hill (7) and Holt (5)
