Publix Anchored Ogden Marketplace added to management portfolio
Cameron Management is pleased to announce that it has been hired by Halpern Enterprises to provide property management services to Ogden Marketplace, a Publix supermarket anchored shopping center in the Ogden submarket of Wilmington. Ogden Marketplace contains over 72,000 SF of leasable retail space is owned by Halpern Enterprises, a retail shopping center developer based in Atlanta, GA.
