Wilmington Health open in Building I of Midtown Park at Barclay
More Health Care amenities available in rapidly growing Midtown submarket
One of the area’s largest health care companies, Wilmington Health has opened its newest office complete with OB/GYN, internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, dermatology and radiology services in Midtown Park at Barclay. Midtown Park is Cameron Managements newest Class-A office park and its located adjacent to The Pointe at Barclay, the successful entertainment and specialty dining destination which opened in 2016.
“We needed more space in some of our existing buildings, and this will give us the opportunity to make several internal changes that will allow us to operate more efficiently across all of our buildings,” said Chris Bunch, chief operating officer of Wilmington Health, on Monday.
Wilmington Health serves at the anchor tenant for Building I at Midtown Park and Cameron Management is actively working with other medical specialty practices to fill the balance of building 1. Complete Dental has lease space on the first floor and plans to open the fall of 2019.
At full buildout, Midtwon Park consist of approximately 400,000 SF in six office buildings surrounding a structured parking deck on 9.5 acres of land. Building I was designed by BMH Architects. Clancy & Theys Construction served as the general contractor.
