Barclay Center in Midtown secured a major long-term lease from Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Clancy & Theys General Contractor nears completion of tenant improvements for new regional office

Cameron Management is pleased to announce Enterprise Rent-A-Car signed a long-term office lease of approximately 8,650 SF for its new regional office at Barclay Center in Midtown.  Additionally, Enterprise’s general contractor Clancy & Theys is nearing completion of the Enterprise’s up-fit allowing them to plan to open their new offices within the next 30 days.  Barclay Center is a Cameron Management Class-A office property whom recently completed a major renovation to the common areas to modernize the building with the latest design features and common amenities.

Cameron Management exclusively brokered the transaction and is thrilled to have a prominent national company like Enterprise in their building.  Barclay Center was originally a corporate campus and was developed to add future buildings to the campus.  When the original tenant relocated to downtown Wilmington, Cameron converted the buildings to multi-tenant buildings.  Nearing the completion of that process with the commitment of Enterprise, Cameron Management is reviewing plans and prospects for the expansion of Barclay Center with Building #3.
