Bill co-founded Cameron Management to better coordinate his family’s diverse business interests and to offer assistance to others seeking to positively impact his beloved North Carolina and hometown. He provides hands-on leadership to the firm in both daily operations and long-term planning. Bill is also a leader in the community, serving on boards, as past president of the NC Azalea Festival, and as an elder for St. Andrew’s Covenant Presbyterian Church.

Bill holds an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as well as a Juris Doctorate from UNC’s School of Law. He and his wife, Mary Jo Cameron have five children. He enjoys traveling and saltwater fishing in his spare time.

Bruce has been with Cameron Management since 2013. A graduate of Elon University, he has over ten years of experience in Development Administration and Operations. Prior to joining the firm, Bruce worked for Brunswick Forest, facilitating civil construction for the 4,500-acre mixed use development, and as Manager for Shelter Creek Lime and Stone, a limestone quarry in Maple Hill, NC. In his role at Cameron Management, Bruce oversees a number of Cameron family businesses, focusing primarily on real estate development and construction, as well as various other private equity transactions. Bruce serves on the Board of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce, as Vice President of the Bruce B Cameron Foundation, and as a member of the Young Alumni Council at Elon University. He is married to Caroline, and they have one child. Bruce enjoys spending time with family, traveling, golfing and hunting.

Together with Bill Cameron, Scott co-founded Cameron Management to manage the investments of the Cameron family businesses. During his time at Cameron Management, Scott was very active in the community most notably serving as chairman of the Louise Wells Cameron Art Museum, the Wilmington Business Development Committee of 100, and The Historic Wilmington Foundation. Scott continues to serve as President of the Bruce B. Cameron Family Foundation and will continue to remain active in philanthropic and charitable endeavors benefiting the Wilmington area.

Scott splits his time between the mountains of North Carolina and Wilmington, and enjoys cooking, reading and hunting.

Hill is the Broker-in-Charge for Cameron Management, focusing on asset leasing, development and sales of the firm’s office, retail and land portfolio. His responsibilities include the pre-leasing and development of proposed projects, and he plays an integral role in providing market information, entitlement procurement, due diligence, financial analysis, and feasibility studies to the company on the various aspects of each real estate or investment project. He also engages in sourcing new real estate investment opportunities for the principals of Cameron Management. In addition, Hill provides brokerage services in the form of site selection, tenant representation, leasing, and investment sales to third party clients.

Hill earned a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1994. and in 2000 received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He began his real estate career in Washington, DC with Insignia/ESG (now CB Richard Ellis) eventually reaching the position of Senior Financial Analyst. In that role he was involved in the successful financing of $650 million worth of transactions.  Hill is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina.

He serves on the board of the New Hanover County Industrial Facilities Financing Authority and was previously a trustee of Lower Cape Fear Hospice and Children’s Museum of Wilmington. He is married to Kendall Rogers and they have two sons. Hill is a member of First Presbyterian Church and enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities and watching Tar Heel football and basketball.

A commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development, having worked on industrial, office, retail, land, and investment assignments for companies, investors, and institutions. Accomplished professional, who previously earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designations from their respective organizations.

Bryan has extensive experience in the ground-up development and re-development of industrial facilities, office buildings, and shopping centers that require expertise in feasibility, analysis, entitlement, planning, design, and project management. He has also completed hundreds of lease and sale assignments. Colleagues know Bryan as a team player that executes his responsibilities with dedication and accuracy; someone that is purposeful, clear, concise, and cooperative; self-motivated and draws on his first-hand experience to lead with confidence and discretion while building and sustaining collaborative and productive relationships.

Bryan received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, with a concentration in Real Estate, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences, with a major in Economics from the University of Georgia. Bryan is a former President of RCASENC and has held numerous leadership positions. Bryan is a longtime resident of Wilmington, North Carolina and he enjoys spending time with his two children.

Susan joined Cameron Management as a Property Manager in January 2017 and has over 20 years of experience in real estate, lease administration, property management, acquisitions, and development and market research. She is a graduate from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona with a Bachelors of Science in Finance and Real and Law.

Susan moved from Southern California to Wilmington in 2005 where she lives with her husband, Ben, and son, Nathan. Outside of work, you can find Susan outside enjoying water activities like paddle boarding, camping, and doing yoga.

John Gavin, a licensed provisional real estate broker in North Carolina, is focused on Commercial Real Estate. John joined Cameron Management in January 2021. In his role, as an Assistant to the Brokerage and Development team and our lead Property Manager, John provides valuable research, listing, marketing, vendor coordination, and client-facing assistance. John is personable, knowledgeable, and responsible in completing his duties.

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Development and Entrepreneurship from the Cameron School of Business at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He is a lifelong North Carolina citizen who grew up in Charlotte and has lived in Wilmington since 2012. John enjoys fishing, golf, traveling, and spending time with his family. John is a member of The First Tee of Greater Wilmington’s Young Professionals Board, Cape Fear Realtors, Realtors Commercial Alliance of Southeastern North Carolina, and Port City Young Professionals.

With 25 years of Real Estate Management and Development experience, Martin brings extensive expertise as a Property Accountant for Cameron Management. He has been with the company for 11 years and is a graduate of The University of Delaware and Miller-Motte College.

Donna has been with Cameron Management for eleven years as an Accountant – Executive Assistant. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Appalachian State University. With experience in accounting, management, marketing, retail and real estate, Donna is also a Real Estate Broker and Notary Public. She has four children with husband David and outside of work, you will find Donna listening to music, reading, and watching her daughter play sports.

Susan has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Roanoke College where she majored in Urban Studies. She has been with Cameron Management since 2011 as an Administrative Assistant and some of her duties include working with ongoing billing and record management, procurement, and acting as a liaison to charitable and political organizations.

Susan holds an undergraduate degree in Accountancy from the Cameron School of Business at The University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She has been with Cameron Management for over 20 years and has 40 years of experience in accounting.

Lauren is the newest member of the team at Cameron Management. She earned an Associate of Arts degree at Cape Fear Community College in Wilmington, NC. Lauren has experience in corporate sales, property management, and software systems used for HOA and Community Association Management. In her role at Cameron Management, she works directly with our principals providing support in numerous administrative, operational, analytical, and research capacities.

Lauren was born and raised in Wilmington, North Carolina, is well acquainted with the area, and maintains numerous relationships in the community. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, practicing yoga, and traveling. She also loves trying new restaurants/bars, listening to local bands play, and watching the Tennessee Titans or Carolina Tarheels play with her fiancé’ Alex and dog Charley!
