Bryan is a commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development, having worked on industrial, office, retail, land, and investment assignments for companies, investors, and institutions. An accomplished professional, he previously earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designations from their respective organizations.

Bryan has extensive experience in the ground-up development and re-development of industrial facilities, office buildings, and shopping centers that require expertise in feasibility, analysis, entitlement, planning, design, and project management. He has also completed hundreds of lease and sale assignments. Colleagues know Bryan as a team player who executes his responsibilities with dedication and accuracy; someone who is purposeful, clear, concise, and cooperative; self-motivated and draws on his first-hand experience to lead with confidence and discretion while building and sustaining collaborative and productive relationships.

Bryan received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, with a concentration in Real Estate, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences, with a major in Economics from the University of Georgia. Bryan is a former President of RCASENC and has held numerous leadership positions. Bryan is a longtime resident of Wilmington, North Carolina and he enjoys spending time with his two children.
