John Gavin is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker specializing in commercial real estate and an integral member of Cameron Management’s Brokerage and Development team. Since joining the firm in January 2021, John has steadily expanded his role, contributing across research, listings, project coordination, marketing strategy, vendor management, and client engagement.

John plays a key role in the execution of leasing and sales assignments, increasingly leading transaction-related workstreams and supporting deal sourcing efforts with greater independence. He is valued for his analytical mindset, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, and is known internally for driving projects forward efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and responsiveness. As his responsibilities continue to grow, John remains a trusted contributor to the firm’s brokerage platform and client service delivery.

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Development and Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina Wilmington’s Cameron School of Business, as well as an Associate in Arts degree from Cape Fear Community College.

He is actively involved in the local business and real estate community and serves on the University of North Carolina Wilmington Alumni Board as the Cameron School of Business representative. John is also a member of Leadership Wilmington (Class of 2026), The First Tee of Greater Wilmington’s Young Professionals Board, serves on the Cape Fear Realtors Board of Directors, and currently serves as President of the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Southeastern North Carolina (2026).
