Construction completion slated for 1Q 2020
Cameron Management and Collett, the developers of The Pointe at Barclay, announced the ground breaking of two new buildings (#5 & #6) in August 2019. The Pointe at Barclay is Midtown Wilmington’s premier entertainment and dining destination and is home to The Pointe 14 cinemas and numerous and exciting food and beverage concepts. The Pointe also provides access to Live and Work options with Element Barclay Apartments, The Forks at Barclay and Midtown Park.
The new buildings will be located on the main traffic circle along Barclay Pointe Boulevard. Building 6 has been leased to Carolina’s Dentist which will provide a full range of comprehensive dental services. Building 5 is approximately 7,500 Square Feet and provides excellent opportunities for boutique retailers, service providers and professional office tenants. Completion of both buildings is slated for the early 1Q 2020.
